End-to-end requirement ownership from discovery to sign-off.

Business Analyst with nearly two years of experience at Webandcrafts, where I have led Business Analyst delivery on more than 15 client engagements across the fintech, healthcare, edtech, real estate, and travel verticals. My responsibilities span the full delivery cycle: leading client discovery, authoring software, functional, and business requirements documents, producing wireframes and information architecture in Figma, reviewing builds against approved specifications, and coordinating stakeholder sign-off. I integrate Claude and complementary AI tools across discovery, drafting, and review to improve speed and consistency.

Build review is a core part of my role: I evaluate development output against approved specifications, flag discrepancies early, and walk teams through requirements during client demos to ensure decisions hold up across the project lifecycle.

Discovery first.

Comprehensive client discovery and stakeholder interviews are conducted before documentation begins, ensuring requirements reflect actual business intent rather than assumed needs.

Documentation that scales.

All artifacts — SRS, FRS, BRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria — are written to the literacy of their primary audience, ensuring alignment between client, design, and engineering teams.

Specifications before implementation.

Wireframes, user flows, and screen-state matrices are produced in Figma and reviewed against edge cases before development begins, reducing rework downstream.

AI-augmented workflow.

Claude and complementary AI tools are integrated across discovery, drafting, and review. A personal Claude-powered toolkit automates repeatable BA tasks and standardises deliverables.

Independently lead Business Analyst delivery on every assigned client engagement. Accountable for discovery, requirements specification, build review, and stakeholder sign-off across the full project lifecycle.

Lead client discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and structured interviews to translate business objectives into formal, traceable requirements.
Author Scope Documents, SRS, FRS, BRD, Functional Documents, Feature Lists, and User Stories with acceptance criteria, calibrated to each client's technical maturity.
Produce sitemaps, information architecture, wireframes, and UX flows in Figma. Present and defend design rationale during client review sessions.

Defined the business logic for a five-stage document verification and payment reconciliation pipeline, replacing manual spreadsheet processes with an integrated workflow.

Specified the business logic for KYC document upload, PAN verification via API integration, payment validation against bank record APIs, automated excess-fund crediting, manual refund processing, and an internal staff review queue. Owned the documentation connecting operational requirements to engineering implementation.
